Convenient transportation, 8 buses can directly reach downtown, new areas, parks; complete living facilities; strong cultural atmosphere, Yuexiu City Ruins, University City is close at hand, Wuzhong Science and Technology City, above the mountain 1025 hectares of the National Forest Park across the road, the location is quite superior.

Surrounded by parks and beautiful scenery, the town is a good habitat.

As the forerunner of Yuexi section, its superior location, outstanding cost-effective and perfect neighborhood planning, and huge appreciation potential are bound to attract more attention!

    Project Status & Vision

Shihu Health Town opened on September 8, 2018 It is located in the North Commercial Street of Suzhou Shihu Scenic Area, covering an area of 8,000 square meters. The project includes: a health management institution integrating physical examination center, dental clinic, TCM physical therapy-SPA, anti-aging center, overseas medical center and other health care projects. Shihu Health Town is located in Suzhou Shihu Scenic Area, which is a good

place to cultivate body and mind with mountains and water and pleasant scenery.

Policies: Suzhou City gives one-time construction subsidies to newly built and reconstructed private elderly care institutions (including dementia care special zones) according to the number of beds; if a dementia special zone is set up in a public institution invested by the government, it will be supported by financial allocations according to the actual inputs. Ongoing operational subsidies are given to nursing institutions or special areas for the demented elderly according to the actual number of residents. Based on our initial understanding of the project, we believe that we can co-invest with Suzhou Garden Group, including health management, high-end memory care senior apartments, as well as Anderson Clinic medical, high-end physical examination, medical and aesthetic, dental, as well as tele consultation and out-of-country medical treatment. Through the U.S. high-end medical resources, we can attract more high-net-worth people to Shihu Town and further promote its development.

Ye Shan Island Town Replanning Project

Ye Shan Island is the second island that arrives at Taihu Lake Eco-Island via Taihu Lake Bridge. Xuwan Village on the island is built on the mountain, which is one of the ancient villages under protection, and a large number of ancient buildings of the Ming Dynasty are preserved in the village. It is a demonstration project for Suzhou to practice the theory of “two mountains” and a benchmark project for the protection of Suzhou's Taihu Lake mountains. It is a model project of ecological restoration and ancient village protection and utilization, with an area of 342.8 acres, which is built by Suzhou Garden Group adhering to the two golden brands of Xiangshan Non-legacy and Suzhou Garden. The project is positioned as an ecological resort-type high-end boutique B&B, and the implementation of high-end characteristic hotel management and operation will overall enhance the development standard and level of high-end B&B around Taihu Lake.

Ye Shan Island project can join Anderson health management services, including hotel healing, high-end physical examination, telemedicine, medical

aesthetics, overseas medical treatment, etc., and linkage with Shihu Town project, forming a green health channel of Ye Shan Island - Shihu Town - overseas medical treatment.
